When you don't fix it the first time, does it count as "breaking again"?

Some Foreign MROs probably aren't aware of this incident and could probably care less, even if they could read English.

Aviation is a global community and everybody herd about the screw jack failure. Besides which AD's a re generated to warn all type operators. What I can't get over is this plane had to make a precautionary landing only the day before with the same problem.

To send a faulty aircraft back into the air prematurely after a forced landing at Gulfport the day before is like playing Russian Roulette. I thought Delta was better than this?
