Kingfisher Airlines Flying License Suspended
Kingfisher Airlines has had its flying license suspended today after it failed to satisfy the Indian aviation regulator’s concerns about its operations, a report said on Saturday.
‘The licence of the airline has been “suspended until further orders”, the Press Trust of India news agency said, citing officials from the country’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).’
The debt-ridden Indian carrier shut down its operations 2 weeks ago after employee revolts made it impossible for the airline to fly. The airline is also as much $2 billion in debt and has not paid its workers in 8 months.

Well, that’s that! LOL
Any company which doesn’t pay all its workers for over 6 months does not deserve to stay in business. Its so shameful that Kingfisher let that happen and I feel very concerned for the workers. But something had to bring this situation to a head. Unacceptable Kingfisher. Now, do something decent and proper about it, or go out of business.
