An Azul Brazilian Airlines plane veered off the runway after landing at Cascavel municipal Airport on Friday.

Azul Flight 6902, an ATR-72 aicraft with 49 passengers on board, reportedly hit a gust of wind and veered off the runway briefly before pilots brought the plane back on to the runway.

The plane came to a safe stop and there were no injuries reported.

The ATR sustained moderate to substantial damage to its undercarriage.

    You can tell there was a strong crosswind due to the aircraft crabbing before touching down.
