Ryanair today made it even easier for passengers to access its guaranteed lowest fares with the launch of a new iPhone/iPad app, which is available on iTunes for just €3.

Ryanair’s new app allows passengers to access Europe’s lowest air fares, make flight bookings (including priority boarding and checked-in baggage), check timetables, review flight bookings, and add optional services such as priority boarding and checked-in bags – should they so wish – to existing bookings.

Passengers can also keep up-to-date with all the latest Ryanair route and seat sale news, to ensure they know when the lowest fares are available.

Ryanair’s bookings app (which will be available on Android shortly), delivers the following services:

  • Low fare quotes across Ryanair’s 1,500 routes
  • Direct flight bookings
  • Access to Manage My Booking (priority boarding and check-in bag services)
  • Access to timetables
  • Access to latest news on Ryanair seat sales, promotions & new routes
  • Book car rental with Hertz

Launching the app in London today, Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary said:

“Ryanair is pleased to launch our latest passenger initiative (the iPhone/iPad app) which will allow passengers to book Europe’s lowest fares, manage their booking, and keep up-to-date with Ryanair news, directly from their iPhone or iPad.

Passengers can now book Ryanair flights anywhere they take their phone, day or night, ensuring that they never miss out on our lowest fares. Our new app is available today from the iTunes store for just €3.”
