American Airlines 757 Diverts to Amarillo, Medical Emergency

An American Airlines jet flying from San Francisco (SFO) to Dallas Ft. Worth (DFW) yesterday diverted to Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport (Texas) when a woman suffered a medical emergency.
American Flight 1964 landed at Amarillo at 4:57 PM when a 73 year-old suffered an unknown medical emergency. Reports say the woman was awake as she was being transported to a local hospital. Her current condition, however, is unknown.
The passengers remained on the aircraft and the Boeing 757 flight resumed to DFW at 6:38 PM.
