Report: Air India Express Jet Returns to Chennai, Passenger Suffers Heart Attack

An Air India Express flight bound for Singapore early Monday morning had to return to Chennai Airport when a passenger on board suffered an apparent heart attack shortly after takeoff.
The Air India Express Boeing 737-800 made a safe landing at 2:40 AM whereby the passenger was treated by doctors at the airport. He was then transported to a local hospital. His condition was not released.
There were 182 passengers aboard. The flight number was not given.
