Frontier Airlines to Launch New Service Between Orlando and Greensboro
Frontier Airlines has announced new nonstop service between Orlando, Fla. (MCO), and Greensboro, N.C. (GSO), with three weekly nonstop flights beginning on Nov. 17, 2012.
“With the addition of Frontier’s nonstop service to Orlando, customers in the Triad region can now enjoy a low fare option into Orlando’s most convenient airport, where you’re closer to all the key attractions,” said Daniel Shurz, Frontier’s senior vice president, commercial. “Not only will Triad-area travelers enjoy our low fares to Orlando, they’ll appreciate our comfortable Airbus A319 aircraft, featuring 30 channels of DIRECTV® service in every seatback and five rows of STRETCH seating.”
“We are very pleased that Frontier Airlines has chosen to provide service between Orlando International Airport and the Piedmont Triad International Airport,” said Kevin Baker, Piedmont Triad Airport Authority executive director. “We hope that the community will support this service so that Frontier can grow their presence at our airport and add other low cost destinations within their system.”
