A Southwest Airlines plane bound for Ontario (ONT) on Saturday diverted to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) due to a cabin pressure problem.

Southwest Flight 937, a Boeing 737-300, took off from Oakland International at 10:42 AM local time with 70 passengers aboard.

Ian Gregor, a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) spokesman, says the Boeing 737 was headed to Ontario on Saturday morning when it declared an emergency “due to a pressurization issue.”

The plane landed at LAX at 11:38 AM safely with no injuries reported.

After a brief delay, the flight took off from LAX and landed at Ontario at 1:39 PM.
