An Air India flight flying from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar (India) on Monday diverted to NSC Bose International Airport in Kolkata due to a technical problem.

“The Air India flight en-route to Bhubaneswar from New Delhi made a precautionary landing here at 2.55 p.m. Monday after the pilot suspected a technical snag. The weather at the Bhubaneswar airport was also inclement due to which the pilot was apprehensive of landing there,” airport spokesperson Suprakash said.

There were 115 passengers on board and there were no reported injuries.

The exact issue was not released.
