United Airlines will be the first U.S. airline to offer a commercial flight in the Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner with a Denver to Tokyo flight on March 31st of 2013.

Seats are now being sold (see image) for a round-trip, non-stop flight from Denver International (DEN) to Tokyo Airport and back the following day.

Of course, you only have to buy a one-way ticket…but how would you get back? :)

Wow, this has to be the shortest story I have ever seen published as News. The title of the story, is in essence, the story. No offense intended, but I expected some detailed Dreamliner information specific to the B787.

  2. JamesMX says:

Man, that is frickin’ cool! To actually see the ’787′ on the reservation page is very cool!! I want to fly on it!

  3. A380 The Ruler says:

This plane is rubbish. Made from frickin’ plastic because BORING couldn’t build it right with metal…

  4. A380 The Ruler says:

And Mr. Packer above: what do you want? This site kicks ass! There’s plenty of info on your jalopy if you look around. This story is about a PICTURE…not a technical brief on your beloved glider…

  5. JamesMX says:

And the A380 fat boy wasn’t delayed? What’s your point?

  6. John says:

Umm; The 787 was subsidized from a government number one, and if I’m not mistaking it’s Airbus that’s trying to mimick Boeing’s 787 state of the art “plastic plane” with their A350. If it ain’t Boeing I’m not going.

  7. John says:

Good point James. It’s Airbus that’s having customers cancel orders because their A380 isn’t safe while Boeing is picking up orders. I think customers would rather have a safe plane even though it’s late.
