An Air Mauritius jet turned around and made an emergency landing at Melbourne, Australia today when reports say a Coke bottle was found with the word ‘bomb’ written on it.

Flight 943 had 181 passengers and 13 crew and was scheduled to fly to Mauritius when the incident took place shortly after takeoff.

‘The airline’s director Donald Payne says the captain made the decision to turn around after a ‘suspicious’ item, which turned out to be a coke bottle with the word ‘Bomb’ written on it, was found on board.’

All the passengers disembarked the Airbus A340 and authorities are sweeping the aircraft.

No arrests have been made thus far.
