A man who felt the TSA was “harassing” him at Portland International Airport (PDX) stripped naked to protest their treatment of him according to Oregon police.

50 year-old John E. Brennan took his clothes off at some point while going through TSA screening, and when police asked him to put his clothes back on, he refused:

“When interviewed about his actions, Mr. Brennan stated he fly’s (sic) a lot and had disrobed as a form of protest against TSA screeners who he felt were harassing him,” a police incident report said.

Police also said Brennan was not intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Brennan was charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

He was booked to fly from Portland to San Jose, California (SJC) on Alaska Airlines.

Last week, a woman took off her clothes at Denver Airport when she was told to put her cigarette out.

Tell the administration to withhold funding from TSA until they respect the Constitution and the traveling public:

    1. Remove and destroy all imaging machines that potentially can “see” under our clothing.
    2. Cease and desist all invasive patdowns that involve touching genitalia unless there is probable cause to believe that the individual has committed a crime.
    3. Cease immediately harassment of people who assert their constitutional rights during airport screening.
