On April 3 Air France took off from Boeing’s Paine Field flying its 60th Boeing 777, the 777-300ER extended range widebody airliner.

The extended range version (ER) has larger fuel tanks, extended wing tips and other technical improvements. It can also fly 30 percent further than the standard ’300′. Air France’s configuration will seat 468 passengers including 14 business class lie-flat seat beds.

Air France plans to operate this particular 777 to destinations including Fort de France, Pointe à Pitre and St-Denis de la Réunion out of Paris and other departures.

Air France landed its new ride at Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport on April 4.
