UPDATE – March 14, 2012:
Reports indicate a jealous woman called in the bomb threat to get back at the woman on the plane (who was originally detained) due to some sort of ‘love triangle’. The woman who called in the threat was from the Boston area and according to authorities charges are ‘possible’.
‘Possible’. Ok guys. How about running her butt in and PUTTING HER IN JAIL! There’s some seriously stupid people out there and when they pull this crap they need jail time. Am I wrong??

A JetBlue flight en route to Chicago O’Hare Airport (ORD) to Boston Logan Airport (BOS) was diverted to Buffalo Niagara Airport (BUF) when there was an alleged bomb threat by a passenger on board.
JetBlue Flight 923, an Embraer ERJ-190 with 86 passengers and 4 crew members made an emergency landing at Buffalo at about 7:30 AM local time and the female passenger was detained for questioning by the FBI.
Nothing suspicious was found on the plane:
‘The incident began with a call to JetBlue’s corporate headquarters “alleging there could be a situation relative to a bomb threat by a passenger on the plane,” Buffalo airport spokesman C. Douglas Hartmayer said. Additional details about the call were not immediately available.’
Officials say the flight was diverted for security and bomb sniffing dogs were brought on the airliner to check it out.
